November: 15th (12:30pm to 2:00pm)
November: 22nd, 29th (12:00 to 1:30pm)
December: 6th, 13th, 20th (12:00 to 1:30pm)
January: 3rd, 10th, 24th (12:00 to 1:30pm)
January: 17th & 31st (1:00 to 2:30pm)
February: 7th, 21st, 28th (12:00 to 1:30pm)
February: 21st (12:30 to 2:00pm)

Fee: $25 per workout
